For bookings via the application form, after confirmation of availability, it may be required to communicate the details of a credit card as guarantee.
In case of online booking, there will be 30% of the total amount charged to your credit card.
The remaining balance of the total amount will be paid directly to the “Paradise House”. The accommodation accepts the following payment methods: Cash, wire transfer, PostePay, ATM. Accepted credit cards: Maestro, CartaSi, Visa, Mastercard.
In special circumstances, the Administration reserves their right to change the booking and payment methods.
Smoking is allowed only in open areas, outside the rooms.
Check-in: 16,00-21,00 (please communicate the approximate arrival time)
Check-out: before 12.00;
Luggage storage: if necessary, with prior notice, you can deposit your luggage even out hours of Check-in or Check-out.
The guest, upon his arrival, is required to show a valid identity document, for registration according to the provisions of the law, and provide the balance of the booked period;
The rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking or in advance with the owner of the holiday home Paradise House at least 24 hours, and must be strictly released by 10:00 am the day after the last night to allow final cleaning of the premises;
Any delays not agreed will result in the charge for one more night.
However it would be possible to leave your luggage at the “Paradise House” until the departure time. Please note the “Paradise House” does not accept any responsibility;
During the Check-in the guest will receive a copy of the room key and a key of the main entrance that will allow an autonomous access to the “Paradise House”;
At the end of staying the guest, must return both keys, in case of loss the compensation fee of €15,00 for the room key and €70,00 for the main entrance key will be required;
The reception service of the “Paradise House” is available every day from 08,30 to 12,00 and from 18,00 to 20,00.
For the measures of public security it is not allowed to visit the rooms, even temporarily, for those people who are not lodging in the “Paradise House”;
The visitors should be announced to the Administration that will provide their temporary registration inside the structure;
It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE in the rooms and inside any closed area of the “Paradise House”, this measure is a sign of respect towards the guests who will arrive afterwards, it is allowed to smoke on the balconies and on the terrace;
No alcohol or drugs of any kind can be used;
Pets are not allowed inside the “Paradise House”, only for hygienic reasons and for possible allergies by other guests..
In respect to all our guests please dress appropriately in all the areas of the “Paradise House” including the terrace, it is strictly forbidden to wear clothes that may offend the other person’s modesty or to perform any kind of conducting that will cause harassment to other guests;
It is recommended to respect the schedule of total silence, such as the time slots from 22.00 to 08.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00.
Please be careful while you are returning in the evening and not to make noise in respect of those who are already sleeping.
Any kind of loud behaviour, activities, games, other noises or using of any equipment that would disturb other persons should be avoided inside the structure;
Remember to diligently use TV and moderate your voice tone
During your stay, the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily from 9:00 to 12:00. If the room was occupied on the fixed hours the cleaning would be done on the next day;
Towels are changed on arrival and every three days of stay or on the specific request (surcharge € 3,00).
The bed linen is changed on arrival and every week of stay or on specific request (supplement € 5,00).
No responsibility for loss, theft or damage of any object owned by guests left in the rooms and common areas would be accepted if there were not delivered on arrival directly to the manager of the the “Paradise House” for safekeeping;
Each guest is required to compensate for any damage to the “Paradise House” if any and for improper use of the complementary equipment.

All previous booking methods must be confirmed by E-MAIL to both parts, such as the Client (Booking Request) and the Manager (Booking Confirmation).
The booked period must be fully paid on arrival, even in case of late arrival and/ or early departure.
In case of cancellation or any changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained (30% of the entire stay).
In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

The full amount paid will be refunded if the cancellation is notified 8 days before the arrival date;
There will be no refund if the cancellation is communicated beyond 8 days of the agreed arrival date;
In case the owner of the “Paradise House” is forced to cancel the reservation, it will be his responsibility to notify immediately and return the deposit.
Deciding to stay at the "Paradise House" means accepting in full all the conditions and terms of Current Regulation, a copy of which is placed in every room and in the Hall. Compliance with the Current Regulation is mandatory, in case of non-compliance the Administration would be obligated to disallow the longer stay.
